How can I change my membership information? Can I cancel my membership?
You can update your personal membership information such as mobile phone or e-mail address by signing in to your Membership Account and clicking on the "Account Information" section under the "Account" heading in the upper Left part of your membership page.
To cancel your membership, you can contact our Customer Service.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the member login screen.You can have your password sent to your e-mail address by entering your e-mail address and security characters that you used during registration.

How can I order?
After logging in, you can start shopping.After you mark the products you want to buy, color and size options, you can add them to your cart and complete
your shopping by filling in the delivery and payment information.
Can I order from anywhere in Turkey?

What should I pay attention to when ordering?
Take care to write your delivery address correctly and completely.
Billing address information cannot be changed after invoicing.
Therefore, do not confirm your order without making sure that your billing information is correct.
Can I cancel my order?
After the order completion phase, the cancellation process of the order is 30 minutes.In this process, you can cancel your order and get your payment back. After 30 minutes, your order will go to the return stage as our warehouse will move to the invoice stage and the cargo process will be started.

Your orders are prepared and delivered to cargo within 5-7 working days .

How will I track my shipping information after I complete my order?
You can view the status of your order in your customer account page and click on the 'Cargo Tracking' link.An e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Will I pay for shipping?
No. We offer free shipping throughout Türkiye.
Will I be charged for return shipping?
If you prefer Sürat Cargo with which we have a contract, you will not pay any shipping fee.If another cargo company is preferred for the return, the cargo fee is covered by the customer.

How can I exchange an item ?
The exchange option is not available for online purchases. Nevertheless, you can always return your order for free within the established return period and place another order.
How can I return the product I purchased?
You can return your unused and unmodified products that you have purchased from www.nersi.com within 14 days from the invoice date at the latest. Sign in to you "Customer Account" Click on the Product you want to return and create a return request by clicking on "Request Return" and select your reason for return on the page that opens. By following the instructions in the return information form that comes with your package, you can send your return from any Sürat Cargo branch with the code 1368111907 free of charge.
How to refund my installment payments?
When you make your payment in installments, your refund will be reflected on your card every month as a plus balance equal to the installment amounts.The reflection of the refund on your credit card in installments every month is entirely related to the processes and practices of the banks.You can see the refund process on your statement and get detailed information about the subject from your bank.
How long after the return will the refund appear in my account?
When all the products you return reach our warehouse, their compliance with the return conditions is checked.You will be notified by e-mail when your return is confirmed .The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is determined by the bank.When you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund of your order in the same payment method you used for the purchase
