Order
Once we receive your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive it or have entered an incorrect email address, please contact our customer care team.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to make any changes once your order has been placed. However, if any information needs to be altered, please contact customercare@nersi.com immediately and if your order has not been processed yet, we will try to assist you.
After the order completion stage, the order cancellation period is 30 minutes. During this period, you can cancel your order and get your payment back. After 30 minutes, your order will go to the return stage as our warehouse will proceed to the invoice stage and the shipping process will be started.
Customer Account
When you place an order, the information you enter at checkout automatically creates a customer account for you. Through this account, you can check your order status, track your shipment, request a return, and view your order details anytime.
Simply click on the "Login" button at the top right corner of our website. Enter the email address you used when placing your order. You’ll receive a one-time code in your inbox—enter that code into the login section, and you’ll be logged in to your account.
You can update your personal information, such as your mobile phone number or e-mail address, from your customer account.
To delete your customer account, contact our Customer Support Team.
Delivery & Shipping
Your orders will be prepared and delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days .
**Due to the busyness and operational processes during discount periods, the shipping time of the orders may vary.
You can view the status of your order by viewing it on the "My Orders" page and clicking on the "Cargo Tracking" link. An e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
On nersi.com.tr, you can place an order from anywhere within Türkiye.

Yes, we provide free domestic shipping on all orders within Türkiye, with no minimum purchase required.
You can change the address of your order that has been delivered to the cargo company before your order is sent for distribution.
Return & Refund
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item, you can return your original order and place a new one through our website.
To request a return, log in by clicking the "Login" button on the top right of our website. Enter the email you used for your order and the one-time code sent to you.
Go to "My Orders", Choose the item you want to return, Click on "Return Item", choose a return reason and submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a return code on your screen.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and not affected by any usage-related issues. You may return eligible items within 14 days from the delivery date, along with your invoice or receipt.
Once we receive your return, the product will go through a review process by our team. If it meets the return conditions, approval will be granted and the return will be processed accordingly.
If you choose Sürat Kargo, which we have an agreement with, you will not pay any shipping fees. If another shipping company is chosen for the return, the shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
Payment
You can make your payment securely using a bank card or credit card. All transactions on our website are processed through iyzico, a trusted and secure payment gateway.
Yes, VAT is included in the listed price of each product sold on our website. There are no additional taxes added at checkout.
When all returned products reach our warehouse, they are checked for compliance with the return conditions. You will be notified by e-mail when your return is accepted and processed. The time it takes for the return to be reflected in your account is determined by the bank.
All transactions will be made in Euro €.
